Celeste Marcks has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1996.  She graduated from Stetson University College of Law. Her undergraduate degree was obtained from the University of Miami. Celeste is barred in Florida, the Southern District of Florida and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. 



Her early practice centered around commercial litigation for variety of individual and corporate clients. Thereafter, she began to practice almost exclusively in the area of insurance defense in both first and third party cases. Her area of concentration being in property insurance litigation. She has experience representing both insurance companies and individual insureds.

After almost three decades of litigating for my clients, I made the decision that I could use my experience to help parties resolve their disputes through mediation.

My years of trial practice have left me with an experienced eye for both sides of a dispute. My representation of both corporate clients and individuals has given me not only the satisfaction of a good outcome but also the ability to focus on the interests of the parties not just their stated position. That ability assists me in finding a satisfactory resolution of the matter for the parties involved.
